Ep. 1: Miyuki Shiba Celebrates Birthday While Defeating Rogue Magician at Mall

Tatsuya Shiba takes his sister Miyuki Shiba on a date for her birthday. Maya Yotsuba contacts Tatsuya via butler Tadanori Hayama to address a rogue magician with reinforced heat aptitude targeting the mall near the Kanto branch of the Magic Association. The magician attempts arson, but Miyuki Shiba intervenes and defeats him. This event attracts the attention of First High School student council president Mayumi Saegusa and Public Morals Committee head Mari Watanabe. They recognize Miyuki Shiba as a student and decide to recruit her for the school.
