Ep. 3: The Girls’ Detective Club forms to investigate Tatsuya after a mysterious attack

Honoka and Shizuku escape recruitment efforts thanks to Eimi Akechi, who arrives on horseback. The trio detects a psionic wave from the dojo, where Tatsuya has calmed tensions between kendo and kenjutsu clubs. While avoiding recruiters, they witness Tatsuya evade an Air Bullet magic spell fired by an unknown attacker. Deciding to investigate the assailant, Honoka, Shizuku, and Eimi establish the Girl's Detective Club to monitor Tatsuya during subsequent incidents. That night, Tatsuya informs Miyuki that the girls have been observing him. The next day, the club discovers that kendo team captain Kinoe Tsukasa is responsible for the attack on Tatsuya.
