Ep. 7: Shizuku defeats Shiori in semi-finals using Tatsuya's CAD while Honoka advances in Battle Board

Shiori utilizes her Arithmetic Chain magic to calculate at supercomputer speeds, but Shizuku secures victory using a generalized Casting Assistant Device with auxiliary sight developed by Tatsuya. The Active Air Mine spell employed during the contest is registered in the National Magic University database under Shizuku's name rather than Tatsuya's, despite his role as the creator. In the Rookie Battle Board event, Honoka wins by deploying a light magic spell created for her by Tatsuya. Shiori remains depressed after her loss until Mizuo comforts her, explaining that Airi values having a friendly rival. This reassurance encourages Shiori to reunite with Airi the next morning.
