Yume, Angela, and Oyamada travel to a shopping district that has suffered from vandalism. Upon arrival, they find that a street mage has attempted to repair the damage. However, the work appears to be of poor quality. The group discovers that something is interfering with the mage's efforts, causing him to perform shoddy repairs instead of properly restoring the area. They investigate the situation to understand why the magical fixes are not holding up correctly.
