Mirai and Riko reach Magic School, where the Vice-Principal orders Riko’s punishment for bringing a human to the Magical World. Riko regrets her lack of magic ability while seeking the Linkle Stone Emerald, but Mofurun notes they now hold the Diamond Linkle Stones. To prevent Riko’s expulsion, Mirai searches for the Headmaster and meets a teacher who explains how a magical tree grows wands. Mirai’s wish to help Riko causes the tree to grow her a new wand. Batty and his Truck Yokubal then attack the school, prompting Mirai and Riko to transform into Pretty Cures. Their resolve to protect the school grants them new power, transforming their wands into Linkle Sticks to purify the Yokubal. The teacher, revealed as the true Headmaster, urges Mirai to attend Magic School with Riko during Spring break.
