Ep. 8: The girls face a test to photograph a pegasus, but rescue an injured foal in an underground forest.

During their fifth test, the girls must master their brooms to capture a magical photograph of a pegasus. While chasing one, Mirai and Riko discover an injured pegasus foal in an underground forest. Mirai and Mofurun locate a large magical flower that heals the foal and reunites it with its mother, whose tears awaken the Pink Tourmaline Linkle Stone. Spalda then captures the mother pegasus to create a Pegasus Yokubal, causing the Cures to hesitate. Recognizing the mother's enduring love for her foal, Mirai uses the Pink Tourmaline Linkle Stone to free her. This allows the Cures to defeat the Yokubal and finally obtain the photograph they had been seeking for so long.
