Elaina visits a nation where dolls are popular and meets a witch named Sheila who is searching for the Ripper. After declining a free doll from a shop, Elaina discovers her hair was cut at an inn. Together with Sheila, she uncovers a secret auction and spots a doll containing her hair. Elaina destroys the doll, forcing the shopkeeper to confess she is the Ripper. Sheila and Elaina capture her. Later, it is revealed Sheila mentors Saya, who angrily confronts the captured shopkeeper upon learning the truth.
