Ep. 9: Elaina and Estelle attempt to save Selena through time travel in Rostolf.

Broke in Rostolf, Elaina accepts a job from witch Estelle to help prevent the death of Selena’s parents. Estelle recounts how Selena, orphaned and abused by an uncle, eventually killed him, leading Estelle to execute her. The two witches use a time travel spell to return to the past. Upon warning Selena’s parents, they are attacked by the killer, who is revealed to be Selena herself. She admits her parents abused her and never considered Estelle a friend, prompting Estelle to kill her again. Back in the present, Elaina learns Estelle sacrificed her memories of Selena to enhance her magic, leaving Elaina in despair over the tragic outcome.
