Orphen finally reunites with Azalie, but she is trapped in a strange new form. After Azalie escapes, Orphen's former teacher, Childman, explains that she was transformed due to an experiment using the Sword of Baltanders. Orphen accompanies the Tower of Fangs Sorcerers, who are attempting to hunt down Azalie. Despite the danger, his heart is determined to protect Azalie even if it costs him his life. The situation forces Orphen to confront the consequences of the experiment while navigating the pursuit by the sorcerers who seek to capture the transformed Azalie.
