Atraxia has united with the Masters, the elite pilots of the Western USA megafloat. Although Yurishia previously led this group, they now treat her with cold indifference. Tensions rise as their current leader, Scarlet, engages in a conflict with Yurishia regarding Kizuna. This intense confrontation is abruptly halted when an unexpected assault occurs. A leader from the Batlantis Empire launches an attack on the gathering, disrupting the dispute between Scarlet and Yurishia and introducing a new threat to the united forces.
