Ep. 1: Koushi becomes dorm mother after fire leaves him homeless and Mineru offers him a job

First-year middle schooler Koushi Nagumo loses his home due to a fire and his father’s abandonment. Mineru Wachi shelters him, but he accidentally intrudes on the bathroom, encountering naked residents Kiriya Sensho, Serene Hosumi, Frey, and Atena Saotome. Mineru, manager of the Seikan Women's University Goddess dormitory, offers Koushi a position as Dorm Mother. Atena, who fears men, initially refuses his presence and moves out. Koushi departs to prevent her homelessness, but Atena later regrets her selfishness and retrieves him, fainting after an accidental physical contact. Koushi begins cleaning, discovering the dorm’s reputation as the "Problem Dorm" stems from Mineru’s toxic experiments, Frey’s forced cosplay, and the residents’ tendency toward nudity. Koushi reprimands their behavior, earning Mineru’s approval for his immediate assumption of responsibility.
