Police assistance is requested by a Cheetah Delivery worker who discovers the body of Koichi Samura, a known extorter, in a nearby apartment. Subsequently, Samura’s friend Katsumi Togane is found dead from poisoning at an Izakaya in Haido City. Authorities initially suspect Togane committed suicide after robbing Kume and murdering Samura, but the circumstances raise doubts about this conclusion. The Detective Boys become involved in unraveling the truth behind these interconnected crimes and the potential deception surrounding the official narrative.
