Agasa takes the Detective Boys camping, and they become stranded in the woods. They seek shelter at a home owned by Iwae Tanaka. Akane Ooba and her hosts, Raito Adachi and Fuuga Kahara, also arrive and are allowed to stay. That night, Mitsuhiko sees something frightening while using the restroom and returns to his room. Shortly after, a woman screams, and Ooba is discovered outside with her throat cut, with Raito beside her. Police arrive to investigate all bladed weapons in the house. Mitsuhiko then reveals that the knife he saw Tanaka sharpening is missing.
