The FBI employs three identical vans to transport Rena, using two as decoys. James Black receives a flower from the late Kusada, while the Black Organization triggers city-wide chaos via food poisoning, toxic gas, and a theater fire, overwhelming local hospitals. Conan and Akai detect a ticking bomb inside James's flower pot. Agents Andre Camel and Jodie detonate it safely elsewhere. Akai then observes a surge in hospital deliveries, realizing the Black Organization has also planted explosives within packages sent to patients, escalating the threat significantly.
