Ep. 875: The Mysterious Prophetic Buddha!

Kogoro, accompanied by Ran and Conan, investigates a statue rumored to move independently. He meets Eikyo Fukuhara, his family, and trainee Junko Wakuda. Eikyo is later found dead with a knife in his neck. Kogoro, guided by Conan, accuses Junko, who confesses. However, Conan remains unconvinced. After discovering rice powder near the body, Kogoro is tranquilized. Conan reveals Masako Fukuhara as the true killer. She stabbed Eikyo after realizing Junko’s scare tactic failed, framing Junko instead. Masako confesses, citing Eikyo’s cruel treatment of her family as her motive. She expresses relief at his death and laughs maniacally upon arrest.
