During a train ride, a sudden stop causes Haibara to lose her phone strap while Genta drops his Detective Boys badge. The group enlists Amuro’s assistance to locate the missing item. Mitsuhiko’s phone inadvertently records the incident, revealing footage of a father and son who picked up the strap. This visual evidence allows the Detective Boys to identify the individuals responsible for the lost item, shifting their focus toward recovering the strap with the help of their new ally.
