Ep. 931: Ran and Conan accompany Kogoro to Kokura for an award ceremony and a mysterious office vandalism case.
Ran, Conan, and Kogoro travel to Kokura, Fukuoka, for the Japanese Detective League award ceremony where Kogoro receives the Best Detective Award. Kogoro visits his former MPD senior, Fukamachi Torazo, who now manages a company there. While Ran goes sightseeing, Kogoro and Conan discover Fukamachi is hospitalized. Kiriyama Eisaku, the Managing Director, asks for help after office vandalism featuring the word "Tiger." They suspect Fukamachi’s son, Torahiko, is threatening Kiriyama. Kogoro questions witnesses while Conan investigates the office. Ran encounters Torahiko, who asks her to pose as his girlfriend to evade pursuers. Kogoro sees them and calls Ran. The pursuers capture Torahiko, and Ran tries to intervene. One attacker pushes Ran, causing her to fall and scream into the phone.
