Mayu visits Kengo and Akira after drinking at Bar Still, displaying aggressive behavior linked to a Kokuchi parasite. Shirogane warns that her strong ESP sense and inner darkness attracted the entity. Kengo attempts an exorcism with salt, but it fails as Mayu overpowers him. Shirogane prepares to kill Mayu to stop the nearly merged parasite, despite Akira's protests. Kengo intervenes, causing Mayu to regain consciousness and the parasite to depart. Akira then destroys the expelled entity, resolving the crisis without killing Mayu.
