The Searchers are ambushed and taken captive by a group of Mocks within a dense, shadowy forest. Their captors are commanded by Ebony, a dark Mock serving as their captain. During the chaos, Mocchi successfully evades capture and retreats into the woods. There, he encounters a Ducken who has been concealing himself from the Mocks to avoid detection. Mocchi forms an alliance with this new companion, hoping to utilize their combined efforts to free Genki and the rest of the group. The narrative focuses on whether Mocchi can successfully orchestrate a rescue mission without inadvertently leading the Mocks to his new friend, thereby risking the Ducken's own safety and freedom in the process.
