Ep. 9: Nana faces Jin Tachibana who admits to impersonating Michiru and reveals past island conflicts.

Kyoya learns Nana disposed of Kirara's phone while creating an alibi, and she claims to hear Kirara's spirit. Michiru attempts to ambush Nana but is subdued, later pestering her until Nana accepts a gift. Nana then tricks the class into believing she can read minds by correctly identifying a note on Michiru's back. At a cliff, former student Jin Tachibana confronts Nana, admitting he used his talent to transform into Michiru. He reveals they met previously when he was the cat Kyoya fed and mentions a civil war on the island five years ago. Nana appears to kill Jin by poisoning his drink, but just before contacting the committee, she realizes he can copy any appearance and talent.
