Seventeen-year-old Nanaka Kirisato informs Nenji that her six-year-old self may appear only once more. Nenji takes the younger Nanaka to an amusement park at night for a farewell date. Afterward, the older Nanaka feels faint, transforms back to her seventeen-year-old form, and attempts to leave alone. She enters a dream where she relives the final Domiko episode and meets her six-year-old self. Upon waking in the hospital, she remains seventeen but appears at peace with her intentions toward Nenji and the others.
