Nanaka’s class decides to stage a play for the cultural festival. Six-year-old Nanaka nominates Magical Domiko as the theme, leading Chie Kazamatsuri to assign her the roles of writer and director. While reviewing old class photographs, Nanaka experiences a lapse and reverts to her seventeen-year-old self. She confesses to Nenji that she is aware of her alternate identity and asks which version he prefers. Yoshida provides her with Domiko-related materials, prompting Nanaka to accept the writing task. Under pressure to finalize the cast list, Nanaka fears another regression that night. The following day, as a set piece nearly falls on her, she faints and returns to her six-year-old form.
