Lee and Tenten are tasked with retrieving a stolen forbidden scroll alongside Sai, using the opportunity to build a rapport with him. Meanwhile, Orochimaru releases a virus that infects most of the population. Only Lee, Neji, and Tenten remain unaffected by the outbreak. The three must navigate the dangerous situation and find a way to escape before the virus claims them as well.
