Guren falls unconscious and relives her past while Naruto becomes trapped in an illusion concerning Sasuke. Kakashi rescues Naruto, and Teams Kakashi and Kurenai determine that the surrounding mist induces Genjutsu via the Three-Tails. Upon Guren's awakening, Yuukimaru suffers a fever and collapses. Tsunade learns of the Three-Tails and gathers Shizune, Ino, Tenten, and Lee to seal the creature before the Akatsuki can capture it. Meanwhile, Naruto and Sakura converse about the concept of home before Naruto departs to locate Yuukimaru. This segment corresponds to the Three-Tails' Appearance arc, specifically part 12 of 24.
