Naruto persists in trying to change Obito’s mind as the latter recalls his history with Team Minato and Rin’s care. Naruto argues that Obito’s memory of his old teammates proves he still cares, helping him resist the Ten-Tails’ mental influence. Obito shows hesitation about his actions. Naruto declares he will not let Obito endanger everyone with his plan. He extends a hand, urging Obito to accept his identity as a Leaf shinobi again and atone for his past deeds. This scene occurs during the Birth of the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki arc, dated 9/30.
