On a warm morning, Nano's hand detaches and flies away, prompting a chase. Yuuko attempts to amuse Mio and Mai with jokes, but fails to elicit laughter, leaving her upset. Meanwhile, Misato struggles to conceal her affection for Koujirou; her embarrassment betrays her, resulting in her being struck by Nano's flying hand. Later, Yuuko, Mio, and Mai find themselves trapped in an elevator, bored and hopeless, until Mio and Yuuko suddenly burst into laughter. In other events, The Professor faces trouble for consuming a snack before bedtime. Additionally, Nano becomes distressed upon learning she does not need to brush her teeth because she is immune to cavities.
