During a break at the Ninjutsu Academy, Kirimaru arranges for Rantarou and Shinbei to work a part-time position. The three students begin their duties as babysitters for a family. Their routine is interrupted by the arrival of an elderly man who approaches them to initiate a conversation. The situation takes an unexpected turn when it is revealed that the stranger is not a random civilian but a student from the fifth year. He is participating in a training exercise designed to test the group's ability to recognize disguises and maintain their cover identities during the assignment.
