Touzai News brings African Poet Amal Julah and his wife to Japan for a meal at Ushimatsu in Ueno, but they mistakenly enter the wrong branch. The young owner ejects them, forcing a visit to the correct location where the beef flavor disappoints. They overhear Kaibara criticizing the food as substandard, and his reaction to shabu-shabu is equally negative. Later, a chef from the first Ushimatsu attacks the owner, alleging inheritance fraud. Yamaoka advises the young chef to create a hybrid Rosanjin-style sukiyaki with shabu-shabu elements. Nakagawa invites Kaibara to taste the dish, and despite recognizing Yamaoka’s influence, Kaibara praises the result, securing the restaurant's success.
