Sayaka cleans her classroom and discloses that all town citizens are artificial life-forms. Outside, she meets Bulga, a magical girl from Realm sent by the Elders to retrieve the Managerial Ring from Agnes Bell. Ignoring Sayaka’s refusal of assistance, Bulga destroys Wonderland buildings to provoke Agnes. The narrative shifts to an interview between Tatsumi and Tamotsu Asaba, mediated by a publishing manager who impresses Tamotsu with a book quote. Bulga claims Agnes is too old for the ring, which is reserved for girls. Agnes retorts that adults are children inside and remains young at heart. Bulga attacks with stone pillars, but Agnes uses the ring’s power to reverse the damage, forcing Bulga to flee.
