Shūsuke accidentally swaps packages with Mister X, destroying a Boy's Love magazine. Mister X threatens Shūsuke, forcing an exchange where Shūsuke discovers the antagonist is his class rep, Mayuka Kondō. Blackmailed by the threat of exposure to Nao and Iroha, Shūsuke agrees to serve as Mayuka's pet. The initial demands are mild, such as buying drinks or tasting her bentō. However, the situation escalates when Mayuka requests Shūsuke purchase a more extreme Boy's Love magazine that she is too embarrassed to buy herself, continuing the coercive dynamic established by the initial mix-up.
