Following Iroha’s surveillance of Shūsuke and Mayuka, Nao attempts to seduce the sleeping Shūsuke by wearing black pantyhose. The plan is interrupted when Iroha and Mayuka arrive, resulting in an awkward confrontation. During this exchange, Mayuka challenges Nao and Iroha, questioning why they are attracted to Shūsuke and asserting that her own affection differs from theirs. Later, Mayuka asks Shūsuke to read a BL book she owns. This request leads to a disturbing experience for Shūsuke, who becomes traumatized by the content of the book.
