Ep. 2: Takeo investigates Makoto's romantic mystery and protects Rinko from a falling girder.

Takeo attempts to understand why Makoto, though popular with girls, rarely shows interest in them. After meeting Rinko again, Takeo assumes she likes Makoto and recounts his past assistance to her. Following the exchange of contact details, a large construction girder falls toward Rinko, prompting Takeo to intervene and shield her. Although Takeo urges them to flee for safety, both Makoto and Rinko remain to support the heavy beam until rescue arrives. Subsequently, Rinko requests a meeting with Takeo alone, leading him to mistakenly believe she is seeking romantic advice rather than discussing the incident.
