Ep. 9: Kyosuke searches for Ruri in a hot spring town with Kirino's help.

Kyosuke learns Ruri transferred schools and left her home empty after their breakup. He seeks advice from Kirino, who helps him locate Ruri in a hot spring town. Ruri reveals she used Kouki as a fake boyfriend because Kirino could not accept their relationship. Kirino admits she wants Kyosuke and Ruri to reunite to repay his support. Ruri then explains she is merely moving to a nearby town for family reasons and was only visiting. She collapses briefly before clarifying her proximity to the others. Kyosuke decides he is not ready for a girlfriend. Ruri announces her next plan involves her, Kyosuke, and Kirino learning to get along with each other.
