Ash is polishing the GS Ball in Cherrygrove City when a Quagsire steals it. He attempts to retrieve the item but is arrested for interfering with the Quagsire Festival. During this event, Quagsire collect round objects and send them upstream, with the belief that the final object returned brings good luck to its owner.
