1EP 1Red and Blue receive Pokemon partners from Professor Oak to complete the Kanto Pokedex.
Oct 2, 2013Professor Oak tasks trainers Red and Blue with completing the Pokedex for the Kanto region, providing them with a Pokedex and a starter Pokemon. Red selects Charmander while Blue chooses Squirtle. After several battles, Blue defeats Red’s team. A stranger advises Red on the trainer-Pokemon bond and directs him to Viridian City to heal his team. At Pewter City’s Gym, Red encounters the stranger, who is revealed to be Gym Leader Brock. Red’s Charmander struggles against Brock’s Rock-type Geodude, but he defeats it using Nidoran. Brock then sends out Onix, which overwhelms Red’s remaining Pokemon. Understanding the importance of their bond, Red uses Charmander to defeat Onix, earning the Boulder Badge from Brock.
2EP 2Red and Blue investigate Lavender Town's haunted Pokemon Tower and Team Rocket's presence.
Oct 2, 2013After earning two Gym Badges, Red reaches Lavender Town and learns of ghost rumors at the Pokemon Tower. He visits a Pokemon House, meeting Reina and an orphaned Cubone whose Marowak mother died at Team Rocket's hands. Red discovers Mr. Fuji has entered the tower, which is overrun by the criminal group. Blue joins Red after overhearing their plan. Inside, they encounter a ghost revealed by Blue's Silph Scope to be Cubone's deceased mother. Cubone reunites with her spirit, allowing her to pass on. Together, they defeat Team Rocket and rescue Mr. Fuji. As gratitude, Mr. Fuji provides Red with a Pokeflute and mysterious stones before Red continues his journey.
3EP 3Red defeats Giovanni and earns the final badge in Viridian City
Oct 2, 2013After evolving his Pokemon and obtaining two badges, Red infiltrates the Silph Company, which is occupied by Team Rocket seeking the Master Ball. He rescues imprisoned scientists and Pokemon, receiving a Lapras as thanks, but is defeated by Giovanni’s Nidoqueen before escaping. Red continues his journey, earning additional badges until reaching Viridian City. There, he discovers the final Gym Leader is Giovanni. In their battle, Giovanni’s Rhyhorn defeats most of Red’s team, but Red secures a double knockout with Hitmonlee. Red then uses Charizard to defeat Giovanni’s Rhydon. Impressed by Red’s strength, Giovanni disbands Team Rocket’s operations and awards Red the final badge required to enter the Pokemon League.
4EP 4Red defeats the Elite Four, defeats Blue, and Mega Evolves Charizard to capture Mewtwo.
Oct 2, 2013Red reaches the Indigo Plateau and defeats the Elite Four, only to find Blue already holds the Champion title. Red challenges Blue to a battle, where his Charizard defeats Blue's Blastoise. Professor Oak records this victory in league history. Red then travels to catch all 149 known Pokemon. Upon returning home, he learns Blue was defeated by a mysterious creature. Remembering a diary entry, Red identifies the creature as the artificial Pokemon Mewtwo. Guided by Professor Oak and using stones from Fuji, Red confronts Mewtwo. As Red and Charizard refuse to yield, the stones glow as Mega Stones, triggering a Mega Evolution into Mega Charizard X. This transformation allows them to defeat and capture Mewtwo. Red then vows to complete his Pokedex by finding Mew, unaware it is nearby.
