Fakir receives a one-week school ban after a second altercation involving Rue. Myuuto's heart shards, soaked in Raven's blood, cause him to transform into a raven upon their return. Rue and her father require Princess Tutu to complete the prince's heart, while the Raven warns Rue against making Tutu disappear. Influenced by the blood, Myuuto asks Pique out, demanding she love only him and hate others as a sacrifice. He attempts to take her heart at night, but Princess Tutu intervenes, explaining she does not truly love him. Duck returns them to school, where Pique stays overnight. Pique forgets her feelings for Myuuto, and the girls' friendship is restored.
