Tutu is trapped in a gear-filled puppet realm where clowns claim she halted the narrative. Drosselmeyer forces her to obey as a puppet to prevent the story from ending. Meanwhile, Uzura encounters Edel’s ghost at the story machine’s base and reverses the gears. This action triggers flashbacks and revelations for Rue, Duck, and Fakir. Struggling to find the right words, Fakir eventually succeeds in writing a narrative that extracts Tutu from the machine. He calls her back to him, resolving her captivity within the mechanical world.
