Laala considers asking Aroma and Mikan to join her team for the Dream Theatre, though Mirei is hesitant. After school, Aroma offers to buy lunch for a hungry Mikan, but Neko calls Mikan to PriPara to help prepare a surprise birthday gift for Aroma. SoLaMi Smile assist Mikan with a cake, but she eats the ingredients. Aroma visits a bakery but lacks funds, so Dressing Pafe, Dorothy, and Reona take her to their parents' restaurant to prepare a meal for Mikan. Aroma then goes to PriPara to find Mikan. The girls finish the cake, but Mikan eats part of it, prompting them to start the party early. Aroma arrives, misinterprets the scene, believes Mikan betrayed her, and decides to end their friendship.
