Hibiki Shikyoin arrives at Paprika Private Academy, ignoring Fuwari despite their past in the Palps. She recounts how he gave her a preticket to join the Dream Theatre in Japan. Sion, Dorothy, and Reona attempt to register Fuwari with Dressing Pafe, but Meganee requires a brand debut first. Cosmo confirms she is designing new brands. The group seeks a manager, introducing Fuwari to Usagi and other mascots, except for the timid blue bird Toriko. When Fuwari chases him and falls into a river, Toriko rescues her but nearly drowns. Inspired by Dressing Pafe’s live performance, he overcomes his fear and agrees to manage her idol activities.
