Confucian students participate in a horse race that Ziyu wins decisively, leaving Ziming in last place. A Net Trap agent informs Shengqi of their plan to kill Ge Nie without mercy. Ziyu observes Shi Lan bringing food to a hidden individual in the woods. Xun Zi orders Ziming to retrieve the rare Blood-Stained Jade Leaf Flower to heal Duanmu’s heart meridian injury. Because Duanmu has developed strong resistance to medicine, Xun Zi requires the addition of Artemisia Snow Wolf Poison to create a Yin Yang process within her body. However, Xun Zi learns that Meng Tian has confiscated all medicines and transported them to the Mirage for an unknown purpose.
