Li Si and General Meng strategize with spies and rebel groups. Taoists meet Mohists, who discuss the Black Dragon Scroll indicating Emperor Ying Zheng will come to Shanghai when the Mirage departs and the Azure Dragon activates. They believe the Mount Shu group shares this interest. Ge Nie explains the Yin and Yang School structure under Deity of Clouds (Xu Fu) and the goal of reaching Immortal Mountains for the elixir of immortality. Li Si arrives at Pao Ding's Inn, where cloaked guests reveal themselves as Confucian School leaders including Master Xun. Master Xun insults Li Si, who ignores the rudeness and leaves.
