Approaching evening, Ziming and Ziyu enter Shanghai and join locals to view the eastern sea immortal mountain, which resembles a mirage before vanishing. They remain at the port past curfew. During their return journey, they spot wanted posters for the Mohists and debate the reward sums. Subsequently, they face confrontation from the Priestess of Death, also known as Da Siming. The pair successfully escapes this encounter with the help of an unidentified ally.
