After ensuring Nenene is safe and free from writer's block, Linho ends the Sisters' employment, prompting their return to Hong Kong. A sorrowful Anita struggles to bid farewell to her classmates, particularly Hisami, who initially avoids the goodbye party. Tohru persuades Hisami to attend, allowing the two girls to finally exchange proper goodbyes. As Anita prepares to leave, Junior retrieves Richard's book. Nenene offers the Paper Sisters an open invitation to visit Tokyo and accompanies them to Hong Kong. Upon arriving at their apartment, the group is ambushed by a large force of Dokusensha soldiers alongside Linho, who intend to capture Nenene.
