Astral fails to capture a demonic hound due to president Itsuki Iba’s incompetence, allowing Adelicia Lenn Mathers of Goetia to claim it. Shōko Kunugi, a classmate of Itsuki, hires the group to find her missing grandfather. Upon locating him, the grandfather attacks Itsuki and Kunugi after committing a magical taboo. Astral members Honami Takase Ambler, Mikan Katsuragi, and Ren Nekoyashiki arrive to reinforce Itsuki. Itsuki reveals his Glamsight eye and orders his team to defeat Kunugi’s grandfather. Later at school, Adelicia and Honami approach Itsuki and bicker. When Kunugi greets Itsuki, both Honami and Adelicia angrily punch him in the head.
