Honami travels the city writing blood runes for a dragon summoning. Nekoyashiki explains that Tsukasa Iba chose the city to watch the dragon and casts a retrieval spell. Adelicia fights Fin, who overwhelms her and disables Sekiren. Fin reveals he is a changeling with Glamsight, knocking Itsuki unconscious. The retrieval spell reaches the group, but Fin disrupts it, leaving Itsuki behind. Honami and Fin take Itsuki to a tower to summon the dragon. Nekoyashiki deduces the dragon is a sacrifice to heal Itsuki's eye and that Honami feels guilt over exposing Itsuki's Glamsight to damage from the dragon when they were children in a mansion.
