Kotarou returns to Kazamatsuri on a mission using the alias Bondo Suzuki. He must conceal his true identity, so he wears a suit and glasses while using his blood manipulation ability to alter his facial features. While leaving the hotel to find food, he encounters Akane Senri, who appears to be lost.
