Kotarou was sent back to Kazamatsuri for a mission, under the fake identity of Bondo Suzuki. As he isn't allowed to reveal his identity during his stay, he wore a suit and a pair of glasses as a disguise, and using his ability to manipulate blood, he changed his facial appearance.
