Ep. 13: Rio defeats Rina to become MVCD and activates the Rainbow Gate

Rina leads 14-0 before Rio ties the score at 14–14. Rio pulls them into her Roll Ruler world, where Joker reveals her true name is Risa and explains her father fled to protect them from the Casino Guild. Rina regains suppressed memories and finds her resolve. Rio wins with a Royal Straight Flush, becoming the new MVCD. The Gates form the Rainbow Gate, which Rio enters. Casino Guild radicals attack to capture Rio but are stopped by Carlos, an ICDG Police member who exposes their evil plans. Rio’s Roll Ruler spreads good luck globally. As normalcy returns, mysterious figures appear on the Howard Resort roof.
