EP 1Mint Clark visits Howard Resort and meets dealer Rio Rollins Tachibana who defends her teddy bear Choco.
Jan 4, 2011Mint Clark travels to Howard Resort with her grandfather, who gambles at the casino while Mint explores the grounds. She encounters Rio Rollins Tachibana, the establishment's renowned dealer, and they take a walk together. During their stroll, a man and his associates attempt to steal Mint's teddy bear, Choco, but Rio intervenes and defeats them. After observing Rio's apparent luck with customers, Mint and Rio are confronted again by the man, identified as Orlin Dunhill. He challenges Rio to a closed poker game for Choco, betting on drawing four Queens. However, Rio wins with a pair of twos, aided by her ability to communicate with the cards. Orlin later reveals he collects rare stuffed animals to cope with heartbreak from being left at the altar, only to discover that Mint's bear is not a Belgium original.

Anya immediately notes that Rio possesses a Gate, one of thirteen rare cards wagered in battles to determine the strongest dealer globally. While Anya demonstrates strong dealer skills, her clumsiness creates chaos within the casino environment. Simultaneously, a Gate Holder named Elvis challenges Rio to a Gate Battle conducted on a giant roulette table. Elvis relies heavily on his confidence in predicting numbers. However, he ultimately loses to Rio when a bandage on his finger comes off during the throw. This mishap allows Rio to guess the outcome correctly, securing victory and winning Elvis's Gate.
EP 3Howard Takes Rio To Haunted Casino Castle Owned By Misery
Jan 18, 2011Howard brings Rio to a storm-battered castle formerly owned by Misery, intending to renovate it for the Howard Resort. Lightning awakens Misery’s ghost, who curses the casino and attacks delivery workers El and Il Adams. After possessing Rosa Canyon, Misery kidnaps Howard and challenges Rio to a dice game for the resort’s control. Rio struggles against Misery’s illusions until the ghost consumes a super-spicy chicken wing from a mysterious courier. This distraction allows Rio to win the bet and free Rosa. Rio then pursues the courier, who reveals herself as Rina, Howard’s childhood friend and new recruit.
EP 4Rio and Rina visit a resort where Rio faces Bull Hard and plays clay pigeon shooting with Rina.
Jan 25, 2011Rio guides Rina through a resort, revealing she is a Gate Holder whose mother, Risa Rollins, once controlled all 13 Gates. Their outing ends abruptly when Bull Hard kidnaps Anya and challenges Rio to a vending machine lottery and a hot drink drinking contest, both of which Rio wins easily. The following day, Rina starts working as a dealer, though her presence unsettles patrons. Howard organizes a clay pigeon shooting match where participants lose clothing for misses, a difficulty increased by wind from enthusiastic customers. When seagulls disrupt Rio’s turn, Rina intentionally misses her final shot to secure a draw. That evening, Howard prepares to interact with a robotic girl named Linda, while Bull converses with a mysterious woman interested in Rio’s abilities.
EP 5Rio and friends work at a mountain casino where a robot dealer challenges Rio to a high-stakes water slide race.
Feb 1, 2011Howard dispatches Rio, Rina, and Anya to staff the Sky Resort casino located atop a mountain. Upon arrival, they encounter Linda, the resort’s dealer and main terminal, who provides a facility tour. Linda is subsequently revealed to be a robot. The resort opens the following day, lifting itself and its patrons high into the sky. A boy then reprograms Linda to initiate a Gate Battle against Rio, requiring both to race down a massive water slide. The competition remains intense as Linda manipulates the course to maintain parity. Rio ultimately prevails when Linda loses her head. After the boy surrenders control of Linda, the mastermind Cartia Goltschmidt approaches Howard.
EP 6Rio faces Jack Mighty in a high-stakes Space Pinball match for the Gate while Mint investigates Carlos.
Feb 8, 2011Howard reveals that Cartia challenged Rio to a Gate Battle against Jack Mighty, wagering Howard Resort. Mint asks Linda to identify the person who manipulated her data, leading to suspicion of Carlos Tanaka, an Afro samurai with bad luck. Rio receives silent calls and discovers Misery’s portrait in her room. Mint pursues Carlos, and her bear nearly falls from the resort until Jack Mighty, a boy with telekinetic powers, rescues it. Jack challenges Rio to a Space Pinball game for the Gate. Mint learns Jack was raised by Cartia, who exploits his abilities, and he seeks freedom by winning. During the match, Jack uses his powers to gain an advantage but is overwhelmed by holographic sharks. Rio assists him in escaping, though he attacks her ship. Rio exits her vessel to reclaim the lead and win. When Carlos accidentally knocks Linda’s head off, triggering a dangerous malfunction that endangers Mint, Rio and Jack cooperate to save her and stop the error.
EP 7Rio faces Queen and King while Cartia holds Rina hostage and controls the Sky Resort.
Feb 15, 2011Two hours after defeating Jack, an exhausted Rio is forced into another Gate Battle against Queen. The duel involves flying through a wind tunnel to shoot targets. Meanwhile, Jack reveals Cartia has hacked the Sky Resort’s computers, preventing landing until Rio loses. Queen tries to cheat, but an incident where Linda’s head falls off helps Rio. After the battle, a physically drained Rio is cared for by Rina at a bathhouse, where Rio feels watched. Rina is then taken hostage, and Rio is locked in a hologram room facing dangerous simulations that cause her to faint. Barely recovering, Rio is immediately arranged for a third Gate Battle against King, with Rina held captive.

Feb 22, 2011Rio attempts to save Rina by guessing a coin flip, but she vanishes again. Jack uses a controller to hack the flight systems. Rio finds Rina, a Gate Holder under Cartia, who is revealed to be her aunt. Rina claims revenge against Rio’s mother, Risa Rollins, for allegedly seducing her father and causing her mother’s coma. A Gate Battle ensues in a poker game. Rina’s superior Roll Ruler abilities defeat Rio, causing him to fall unconscious.
EP 9Dana reveals Casino Guild alliance with Cartia as Rio wins gambling challenge against Orlin and Elvis
Mar 1, 2011Following Rio's defeat, Cartia seizes the Howard Resort, transforming it into the Goltschmidt Kingdom while leaving Howard with only the floating Sky Resort. Upon returning from filming, Rosa meets fortune teller Dana, who discloses that the Casino Guild is collaborating with Cartia to find the final two Gate Holders for Rina. Meanwhile, Orlin and Elvis, dissatisfied with the new regime, challenge Rio to a game where the loser must abandon the casino permanently. Rio emerges victorious, but Misery possesses Rosa again, revealing Jack manipulated the outcome and noting Cartia intends to destroy Misery Castle. Howard asks Rio to sabotage the Goltschmidt Resort, but they are discovered. Rio declines Cartia’s offer to become general manager and departs, warning Rina. Losing track of Howard, she encounters a Joker and is transported into another person's Roll Ruler alongside Dana.
EP 10Rio challenges Joker at a casino and faces Dana on a trap bridge to reach Rina.

Dana challenges Rio to blackjack to escape her Roll Ruler, resulting in a draw until Rio loses a hand due to ignoring Rina’s feelings. Mint and Jack arrive, helping Rio win a hand. Joker grants her a Gate, freeing her from the Roll Ruler and allowing her to challenge Rina again. Rina questions Cartia’s motives regarding the Gates. Rio discovers Dana is the final Gate Holder and must cross a trap-filled bridge to win her gate. Rio uses her Roll Ruler to identify and reverse the traps, securing victory. Howard speaks with Joker’s true identity while Rio and her friends travel to Goltschmidt Kingdom to confront Rina once more.

Mar 15, 2011Rio and her companions enter the Goltschmidt Kingdom, securing significant winnings at various attractions to fund the purchase of the resort. When Mint’s bear, Choco, disappears, Rio accompanies her back to the casino for a search. Concurrently, Howard converses with the genuine Joker, Risa Rollins, who explains she concealed herself from the Casino Guild to safeguard Rio. The following day, the group loses all earnings to twins Yang-Yang and An-An, who initiate an explosive game of Concentration. With the score tied, Rio transfers her aura to Mint, enabling her to locate the final pair and secure victory. A stray explosion strikes Mint, but she is saved by An-An, who is revealed to be Choco, taken by Yang-Yang to serve as a playmate. Rina subsequently appears, prompting Rio to challenge her to a Gate Battle.
EP 12Rio and friends vacation before the Gate Battle while Mint encounters Rina
Mar 24, 2011Howard announces Gate Battle terms and takes Rio’s group to an island town for relaxation. Mint searches for Rio and meets an elder who recalls Rio visiting with Rina and Risa in her youth. Rio visits her former vacation home, nearly finding Rina before realizing Mint is lost. Rina saves Mint from a bear using her Roll Ruler. Howard attempts to reveal Cartia’s deception to Rina, but she claims the lie strengthened her. On the night of the 15-game poker match, Joker replaces Elvis as dealer. Rina wins the first two rounds with her Roll Ruler, while Rio hints at a hidden strategy.
EP 13Rio defeats Rina to become MVCD and activates the Rainbow Gate
Mar 29, 2011Rina leads 14-0 before Rio ties the score at 14–14. Rio pulls them into her Roll Ruler world, where Joker reveals her true name is Risa and explains her father fled to protect them from the Casino Guild. Rina regains suppressed memories and finds her resolve. Rio wins with a Royal Straight Flush, becoming the new MVCD. The Gates form the Rainbow Gate, which Rio enters. Casino Guild radicals attack to capture Rio but are stopped by Carlos, an ICDG Police member who exposes their evil plans. Rio’s Roll Ruler spreads good luck globally. As normalcy returns, mysterious figures appear on the Howard Resort roof.
