Ep. 20: Mitsuhiko streams Kimijima's confession regarding Misaki's past and Project Atum while the team prepares GunBuild-1.

Mitsuhiko broadcasts Kimijima’s confession via Iru-O, revealing he planned to use S.S. Anenome passengers for radiation experiments before Misaki killed him to save Kaito and Akiho. Kimijima now threatens to expose their secret, forcing Misaki’s cooperation and delaying Project Atum from 2015. He also manipulated Airi similarly. Akiho questions if Misaki loves robots, noting she still plays Kill-Ballad, and vows to stop him using their giant robot while Sumio disarms a fainting Airi. Meanwhile, Subaru, Junna, Nae, and Tetsuharu gather at the old JAXA hangar to repair GunBuild-1 after seeing the stream. Misaki mourns Mizuka at Cape Kadokura but is controlled by Kimijima through her exosuit. As a storm hits, the group reunites at the hangar. With Tanegashima Chou High School sheltering refugees from fake solar flare news, the club must modify GunBuild-1 before the rain clears to prevent Kimijima from launching black hole bombs. Kaito examines Sawada’s electromagnetic wave emitter program DG297 3rd Edition ver.4.11, deciding to analyze it. The vice-principal and townsfolk join the effort. At the Space Center, Misaki helps Ken'ichirou escape and sends Sister Centipede with Report Number 0 to Kaito and Akiho.
